Exchanges & Returns

Shopping online can be tough. 

If you're not satisfied with the fit or quality of our products you may exchange, or in some cases, return them for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags intact. 

-Exchanges/Returns must be posted within 30 days of original delivery. 

-Returns are subject to a restocking fee. 

-Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

-Exchanges may require a 5 week production lead-time.

-All Sale/Clearance items sales are final.

-All RUSH Custom sales are final, barring production faults.
